To update the Grants Determination (Cabinet) Sub-committee on the progress of the Small Grants programme, managed on behalf of the Council by the East End Community Foundation.
The update includes details on grants awarded through the Small Grants Programme and other funding awarded by officers under delegated authority since the last meeting of the Sub-Committee.
On 31 October 2019 Cabinet agreed to the implementation of a VCS grants programme, to retain the administration of the Capacity Building theme in house and seek a third party provider to administer the remaining themes as a small grants programme.
East End Community Foundation (EECF) is administering the Small Grants programme and this report updates the Grants Determination Sub-Committee on the progress of the scheme including the grants awarded. It also includes details of other funding awarded under officers’ delegated authority.
