Financial Arrangements for Tower Hamlets’ Better Care Fund 2019-20 Programme (Section 75)

arrangements for Tower Hamlets 2019-20 Better Care Fund Plan
through a Section 75 agreement as required by the national Better
Care Fund programme.
As part of this decision we are also requesting delegation to
approve (agree and vary) future Section 75 agreements for Better
Care Fund Plans providing that they are supported by the Health and
Wellbeing Board and agreed by the Corporate Director for Health,
Adults and Community and the Managing Director of WEL CCGs for a
period of five years.

Equalities impacts are considered as part of the Better Care Fund programme at a scheme and project level.
