Capital Programme 2020-21 to 2022-23
Further to the approval of the £702.413m
provisional capital programme for the period 2020-2023 by the Mayor
in Cabinet on 29th January 2020, a fundamental review of the
programme has been carried out to ensure that projects are
delivering value for money and agreed outcomes for our communities,
identifying where schemes could be reduced or deferred to minimise
the requirement for prudential borrowing. The report will ask for
approval of the revised Capital Programme 2020 to 2023.
