Consultation process

The consultation exercise began on 21st October and ran for just over 17 weeks until 10th February 2020. The consultation exercise consisted of an online survey to understand the view of stakeholders on the amendments proposed to the Allocations Scheme. There were also several events either drop in or focus group sessions to highlight the proposed changes to the Allocations Scheme.

Has an Equality Analysis been carried out and if so the result of this Assessment?: Yes, an Equality Analysis Quality Assurance Checklist has been completed and was considered as part of the pre-consultation report. Since then, a further EA was undertaken to consider if the proposed changes had an adverse or disproportionate impact on any of the 9+ 1 protected characteristics
