DECISION

1.    To confirm the Article 4 direction made on 19^th September 2017 which removes permitted development rights from offices (B1(a)) to residential (C3) within the areas shown on the map attached as Appendix 1 to the report;

2.    To note that the Article 4 Direction will come into effect on 1^st June 2019.
