DECISION

Approve the final amended contract to Kier Construction (London) for the construction of Mulberry London Dock School for contract sum of £66,000,408 as recommended by the Employers Agent and set out in the Commercial Price Evaluation Report (Appendix 1 to the report).

Note the Equalities Impact Assessment as set out in Paragraph 5 of the report as appropriate.
