The reasons for urgency set out in the report were noted.

DECISION

1.    To note the Council’s plans for delivering asymptomatic community testing in Tower Hamlets, which aligns with the requirements set out in ‘Roadmap out of Lockdown’ published by Government on 22^nd February 2021;
 

2.    To agree to make a Direct Award of a 1+1+1 contract (months) for the delivery of the borough’s Asymptomatic Test Sites (ATSs) to Hub Logistics for the period 12^th April to 4^th July 2021.
