Purpose of committee

The Board is a Cross-Party Member-Officer body which meets in public.

 

Its role is to drive sustainable transformation and improvement across the Council, to provide oversight, support and challenge, to challenge the pace and impact of the Council’s transformation and improvement activity/plan and to take forward the recommendations made by the 2018 LGA Corporate Peer Challenge and other reviews as appropriate.
