The Mayor’s Decision Log No. 013 (Housing Stock Options Appraisal Final Report), taken on 20^th December 2011, was ‘called-in’ in accordance with the Overview and Scrutiny Procedure Rules.

The ‘call-in’ was considered by the Overview and Scrutiny Committee on 10^th January 2012.  The Committee agreed to refer the matter back to the Mayor for further consideration and proposed an alternative course of action.

The Mayor has subsequently given further consideration to this matter in the ljght of the comments and recommendations of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee as set out in the attached document.

Following this further consideration the Mayor has decided to confirm his decision of 20^th December 2011 (Mayor’s decision Log No. 013 – copy attached).
