The Mayor has agreed that the Council should participate in the Judicial Review claim proposed against the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government for determining to reduce the amount of Revenue Support Grant.

The report relating to this decision is not for publication as it contains exempt information falling within paragraph 3 and paragraph 5 of Schedule 12a to the Local Government Act 1972 and the Monitoring Officer has concluded that in this case the public interest in maintaining exemption on the information outweighs the public interest in disclosing it.
