Decision:
The Council considered a report of the General Purposes Committee following a review of the Council Procedure Rules section of the Council’s Constitution. The recommendation was put to the vote under the guillotine procedure at Council Procedure Rule 9
DECISION:
1. That the revised Council Procedure Rules at Appendix 1 to the report be approved.

Minutes:
