To note any declarations of interest made by Members, including those restricting Members from voting on the questions detailed in Section 106 of the Local Government Finance Act, 1992.  See attached note from the Interim Monitoring Officer.

The Committee noted that:

1. There were no declarations of disclosable pencuniary interest; and
2. Members would only have to declare such an interest if they were a specific reference in a report e.g. If there was a reference in the Review of Grants Scrutiny Sub-Committee and work programme report to a specific grant.
