DECISION
- To agree to the extension of the existing contract to provide sexual and reproductive health services until October 2014.
- To authorise the Service Head - Legal Services to execute all necessary contract documents to implement this decision.

Councillor Abdul Asad, Cabinet Member for Health and Wellbeing, introduced the report.
The Mayor welcomed the report and highlighted the need to ensure a comprehensive procurement process was undertaken. He agreed the recommendations as set out.
