- To note the Council’s financial position as detailed in section 3 and appendices 1-3 of this report.
- To note that Cabinet will approve capital estimates for ESCW as set out in Appendix 4a.

Minutes:
The report was introduced by Councillor Alibor Choudhury, Cabinet Member for Resources. He noted that the Council’s budget was still on course but that serious challenges lay ahead.
The Mayor agreed the recommendations as set out in the report.
