- Approve the final amended contract to Kier Construction (London) for the construction of Mulberry London Dock School for contract sum of £66,000,408 as recommended by the Employers Agent and set out in the Commercial Price Evaluation Report (Appendix 1 to the report).
- Note the Equalities Impact Assessment as set out in Paragraph 5 of the report as appropriate.

Minutes:
Councillor Kabir Ahmed, Cabinet Member for Regeneration, Inclusive Development and Housebuilding introduced the report that sought Mayor in Cabinet approval to ratify the award of the main works contract for construction of Mulberry London Dock School to Kier Construction (London) for the contract sum of £66,000,408. Councillor Ahmed explained that construction of the school had commenced in 2022 and was due for practical completion and occupation for Autumn 2024.
The Mayor welcomed the report and indicated he looked forward to the launch event for the new school.
RESOLVED that the Mayor in Cabinet:
- Approves the final amended contract to Kier Construction (London) for the construction of Mulberry London Dock School for contract sum of £66,000,408 as recommended by the Employers Agent and set out in the Commercial Price Evaluation Report (Appendix 1 to the report).
- Notes the Equalities Impact Assessment as set out in Paragraph 5 of the report as appropriate.
