Councillor Danny Hassell, Cabinet Member for Housing, introduced the report proposing the disposal of a property at 53 Antill Road. Having assessed the cost of refurbishing the property it was not considered suitable for the Council and it was now proposed to dispose of the property.

The Mayor thanked Councillor Danny Hassell for his introduction. He expressed his frustration that the Council would potentially be disposing of the asset at a loss. He noted the Pre-Decision Scrutiny Questions and officer responses and proposed the recommendation as set out. It was unanimously agreed by the Members present and it was:
