To consider the report of the Director of Legal and Interim Monitoring Officer proposing a calendar of Council and Committee meetings for the 2021-22 Municipal Year.

The Council considered the report of the Director of Legal and Interim Monitoring Officer proposing a Calendar of Meetings for 2021/22

1.     That the Council approve the proposed calendar of meetings for the municipal year 2021/22 as set out in Appendix 1 of the report, subject to the change to the June meeting of the Grants Determination Sub – Committee from 9^th June to 23^rd June 2021.

2.     To delegate to the Interim Monitoring Officer the authority to agree meeting dates for any new Committees or Panels that are set up subsequent to this report being presented to Council, subject to appropriate consultation with Members.
