Councillor Andrew Wood declared a Non - DPI in agenda item 6.7 of the Cabinet agenda regarding the Isle of Dogs Neighbourhood Plan-Validation of Submission. This was on the basis that Council Cllr Wood is a Member of the Isle of Dogs Neighbourhood Planning Forum.
