This report provides an update made on the Mayoral decisions
taken in Cabinet on 16 May 2024 to improve our Homelessness
services. The focus in the past weeks has been on achieving
immediate improvements and includes actions to improve the customer
experience, enhance staff wellbeing and meet the increase in
demand.
