Purpose:
Seeking approval to publish a draft version of
the new Tower Hamlets Planning Compliance Policy. The National
Planning Policy Framework says that Local Planning Authorities
should prepare a Local Enforcement Plan to explain how they will
exercise their discretionary enforcement powers.

1. To note the report and the draft Planning Compliance Policy attached at Appendix 1 to the report.
2. To approve the draft Planning Compliance Policy for adoption.
