Purpose:
To confirm the Article 4 direction that was
made by the Mayor-in-Cabinet on 19th September 2017 to remove
permitted development rights between offices (Use Class B1(a)) and
residential (Use Class C3). The direction will take effect from 1st
June 2019 to maintain the protection afforded by the current
exemption which ceases on 31st May 2019.
Decision:

DECISION
1. To confirm the Article 4 direction made on 19th September 2017 which removes permitted development rights from offices (B1(a)) to residential (C3) within the areas shown on the map attached as Appendix 1 to the report;
2. To note that the Article 4 Direction will come into effect on 1st June 2019.
