Purpose:
Approval of the allocation of S106 funding and the approval for the adoption of a capital budget in respect of the following project:
Roman Road Town Centre Delivery Project.
Approval is sought to deliver these projects because they will help contribute to the delivery of positive improvements to people’s lives that will underpin the Community Plan themes of:
Ø A Great Place to Live;
Ø A Fair and Prosperous Community
Ø A Safe and Cohesive Community;
Ø A Healthy and Supportive Community
Decision:
DECISION
1. To approve the allocation of £331,197 of S106 funding to the Roman Road Town Centre Delivery Project as profiled in the Project Initiation Document attached at Appendix A to the report and Table 1 in the report.
2. To approve the adoption of a capital budget for £327,000 as profiled in the Project Initiation Document attached at Appendix A to the report and Table 2 in the report.
