The Carbon Offset Solutions Study (herein referred to as ‘the Study’) has been undertaken to quantify the amount of monies that may be available through planning contributions to fund carbon offset projects and to identify a portfolio of potential projects and solutions to be delivered from the contributions. 

DECISION

1.    To approve the Carbon Offset Solutions Study for adoption.

2.    To note the monies secured to date.

3.    To note the council’s approach in managing the funds and delivering projects.
