Purpose:
Agree a discount of 5% for prompt payment for
major works invoices over £2000 to all leaseholders
Offer interest-free payment options to resident owner occupier
leaseholders only
Offer interest-free payment options to non-resident owner occupy
under defined circumstances
Consider the levels of income of any leaseholders before offering
interest-free payments
Reduce the current interest rate for extended payment options
longer than the 3 year interest free period to 5.34% from the
current 8.895%
Authorise the Corporate Director Development and Renewal after
consultation with the Assistant Chief Executive (Legal Services) to
enter into all necessary documents to implement the decisions made
in respect of this report.
