Purpose:
Neighbourhood forum designations expire five
years after they are initially granted. The Roman Road Bow
Neighbourhood Forum designation expired on 16 August 2022. The
Forum has submitted an application for the designation to be
renewed. This report assesses the application against the relevant
legislation and guidance.
Decision:
DECISION
1. To refuse the redesignation of the Roman Road Bow Neighbourhood Forum as the designated neighbourhood forum for the Roman Road Bow Neighbourhood Planning Area.
2. To note the specific equalities considerations as set out in Paragraph 7.1 of the report.
