Purpose:
This item sets out the vision and objectives
of the Liveable Streets programme.
The improvements in these areas will make fundamental changes to
the
infrastructure on the street as well as the travel behaviour of
residents, businesses and visitors to Tower Hamlets. This item
seeks to inform the cabinet of the Liveable Streets programme, the
area it covers and the governance procedure that has been put in
place
