Decision:

To ratify the Best Value Strategy & Action Plan and the Publicity Delivery Plan

To authorise the submission of the documents to the Secretary of State in line with the directions of 17^th December 2015.

Review at Cabinet:

·         To note the comments of the Overview & Scrutiny Committee on the Best Value Strategy & Action Plan and the Publicity Delivery Plan

·         To consider and comment on the Best Value Strategy & Action Plan and the Publicity Delivery Plan

·         To authorise the submission of the documents and any comments received to the Commissioners for their consideration and agreement

·         To request that following agreement by the Commissioners, officers bring back a further report to the Mayor for formal ratification of the documents

The Deputy Mayor noted the tabled amendments.

DECISION

1. To approve the Best Value plans in relation to Property and Communications;

2. To approve the Publicity Plan

3. To note the remaining Best Value Plans.
