Purpose:
This item presents the COVID-19 Adult Social
Care Winter Plan for agreement. The plan sets out preparations in
adult social care for the winter period in light of the COVID-19
pandemic. This includes those in relation to hospital discharge,
care homes and personal protective equipment (PPE) as well as wider
impacts on adult social care service users and staff.

1. To endorse and approve the revised Travel Assistance Policy, which can then be implemented fully by the end of 2020.
