In addition to the processes outlined above staff affected by the proposed changes at Pritchard’s Road will be consulted according to the Council’s Organisational Change Policy which requires a minimum 28 day consultation period.

Priorities for the future have been established through a series of co-production events as part of a collaborative commissioning process which has including internal and external partners including; CMT, ESCW DMT, users of services in scope, voluntary sector partners with existing contracts, staff and service users at Pritchard’s Road.

2012/13
A review of mental health day opportunities took place in 2012/13, which was considered by MAB in May 2013. This review included extensive consultation with 387 stakeholders, and recommended as a result that a new model be commissioned, with a stronger focus on recovery and wellbeing, supporting service users to direct their own support, and use mainstream services.
